How I work
Free 30-minute introductory call so we can assess if we are the right fit to work together.
Trust and connection are the foundation of every therapeutic relationship at Life After IVF.
In this obligation-free 30-minute conversation, my aim is to better understand your hopes for therapy, while giving you the opportunity to learn more about me. This allows us to decide if we feel comfortable enough with each other to engage in the deep and meaningful conversations needed to support healing and change.
My approach
I practice person centred therapy (also known as Rogerian therapy). This means you set the pace and we focus on what is most important to you during your session. My training enables me to draw from various modalities as needed, which we can discuss in our introductory call.
My role is to provide the safe non-judgemental space that allows you to be you. Here you can vent, explore options, find solutions, and build strengths to create your own unique and meaningful Life After IVF.
You don’t have to do this alone – I’m here to listen and support you in finding your way forward.
Online sessions
I work fully online via zoom for your convenience and comfort. Online sessions give you the flexibility to meet in the environment that feels the most comfortable and safe for you. (It also saves you the time and effort of travel.)
While I may agree to a phone consult in some circumstances, a video session is the preferred option, as it allows us to build stronger rapport.
